If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for that engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, frameworks, methods, assessments, templates, workflows, reports, software configurations, and other materials—are owned by Mission Built Schools or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

“Mission Built Schools,” “Mission Built Enrollment OS,” “Mission Built Enrollment Method,” “Mission Built Whole-School Framework,” associated names, and related branding are proprietary to Mission Built Schools.

You may view and use publicly available website content for your own internal, noncommercial evaluation. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute, publish, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without prior written permission.

Client ownership and permitted use of engagement-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

When you submit an inquiry, schedule a consultation, complete an assessment, request a resource, or otherwise provide information, you represent that:
